“Antioxidants” can be found in green vegetables and citrus fruits. All the edible items which contain Vitamin A, C, and vitamin E are useful forms of “Antioxidants”. Fruits we all know are tasty and nutritious, whether cooked or uncooked but some vegetable like cabbage, Cauliflower, Cucumber etc. are tasty as well and they have a good nutrient value.
There are certain “Antioxidants” acids which are found within the body. Some of these are Super oxide Dismutase, Catalase, and Glutathione. Super oxide Dismutase disrupts the composition of the oxidants and splits it in Hydrogen Peroxide. Catalase then breaks Hydrogen Peroxide into oxygen molecules, water or gasses. After that, Glutathione binds with different acids to change the form of the oxidants to enable them to leave the body as waste material.
